Do I need to install an app?
No. OLSUM works directly in your browser. If your browser offers the option, you can add it to your home screen. No App Store or Google Play needed.
Do workers need to register?
No. They open the link you send on their phone and complete the job without creating an account.
How long does the free trial last?
It does not expire: you get five complete jobs in total. Every created job counts, even if deleted. Completed jobs remain available to view.
How many tasks can a job contain?
A job can contain multiple tasks. The trial counts jobs, not individual tasks.
How do payments work?
Monthly and annual subscriptions are not active yet. When available, you can select your plan in the application and see the final price before paying.
Can I cancel my subscription?
The monthly plan will be cancelable. Each plan’s terms and cancellation process will be shown before purchase.
What about photos and privacy?
Only share links with people who should complete the job. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data. The privacy policy will identify the controller and explain data processing before the commercial launch.
Can I receive hours and PDF reports?
Yes. Plans include photos, notes, hours and PDF reports to document jobs.
