1. Provider and service
Fernando Donate Pardo, sole trader (self-employed), Spanish tax ID (NIF) 21004295M, trading as OLSUM. Address: Carrer Verge del Pilar 6, Picanya, Valencia, Spain. Contact: hello@olsum.es. Marketing website: https://olsum.es. Application: https://app.olsum.es. OLSUM is a trading name, not a separate company or legal person. OLSUM organises and follows up jobs using checklists shared by link, photos, hours and PDF reports. It does not replace professional supervision or employer obligations.
2. Registration and contracting
Contracting takes place at app.olsum.es, not on this website. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and have capacity to contract or represent your business. Review the plan and payment summary before confirming. A subscription entails a recurring payment obligation that must be expressly identified at confirmation. If you find an error or receive no confirmation, contact hello@olsum.es. You may request a copy of the applicable terms and your contracting information in a format you can retain by emailing hello@olsum.es.
3. Free plan
Includes five complete jobs in total, without a card or time limit. Each created job uses the allowance even if later deleted. Completed jobs remain available for consultation according to the application’s actual operation. The allowance does not reset monthly. Availability for consultation does not imply indefinite retention after the account or data is deleted.
4. Prices and taxes
Monthly plan: €4.90/month. Annual plan: €44/year, charged annually; the advertised monthly equivalent does not mean monthly billing for the annual plan. Prices shown in Spain include VAT. Both provide unlimited jobs while the subscription is active. The payment summary identifies the amount and billing cycle before you confirm. If you notice a difference from these prices, do not confirm payment and contact us.
5. Billing cycle, renewal and payment
Subscriptions are monthly or annual and automatically renew for equal periods unless cancelled. Payments are processed through Stripe; Fernando Donate Pardo remains the contractual service provider. The total, taxes, billing cycle and payment obligation must be displayed before payment. Only methods actually available at checkout are offered. Clicking a link on this website does not conclude a purchase; contracting requires the relevant confirmation in the application and payment process.
6. Cancellation and access
You may request cancellation of renewal through subscription management in the application. If you cannot access it or encounter an error, write to hello@olsum.es. Check and keep the effective date shown when cancelling. Unlimited jobs apply during an active subscription; the right to create unlimited jobs ends when the paid period finishes. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete existing jobs. If you have used the five free jobs, an active subscription is required to create more. Cancelling renewal and exercising withdrawal are distinct actions. No automatic refund for unused periods is promised, without prejudice to withdrawal, lack of conformity or other statutory rights.
7. Plan changes
Changes between monthly and annual plans are managed through the options available under “Manage subscription”. Before confirming, review the effective date and amount, including any adjustments shown by the payment portal. If the option is unavailable or you have questions, write to hello@olsum.es.
8. Invoicing
To request an invoice, correct billing details or query a charge, write to hello@olsum.es with the information needed to identify the transaction. Do not send full card numbers or credentials. You may request an invoice or correction of its details at the same email address.
9. International contracting
The Spanish website shows the prices above in euros including VAT. Customers in other countries, including Latin America, must check the final total, applicable taxes and charge currency in the summary before confirming payment, according to the actual checkout configuration. This website does not calculate conversions or offer country-specific prices. Availability in all currencies, countries or payment methods is not guaranteed. Your bank may apply its own conversion terms or fees.
10. Availability and use
The service requires internet access and a compatible device. Incidents or maintenance may occur; uninterrupted availability or an unagreed support deadline is not promised. Report incidents to hello@olsum.es. Use the service lawfully and supply only data and content you are authorised to process. Keep credentials and job links confidential.
11. Liability and rights
Each party is liable under the law for breaches attributable to it. Limitations in this information do not exclude the provider’s statutory liability, rights relating to lack of conformity of the digital service or other mandatory rights. Contract changes must be communicated and applied as required by law; this update does not itself change an existing subscription.
12. Consumer withdrawal
If contracting as a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unequivocal statement to hello@olsum.es or the provider’s address. You may optionally use: “I hereby withdraw from my OLSUM subscription contract concluded on [date]. Name, account email, address and date; signature if submitted on paper.”
Effects and service commencement
First access does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. If you expressly request service commencement during this period, only a legally applicable proportional amount for service already supplied may be charged, subject to the required information and conditions. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance of a paid service requires the statutory consent and acknowledgement; it is not presumed for every digital subscription. Any refund due will be made within the statutory 14 days of notification, using the same payment method unless a permitted alternative is agreed, without refund fees. Statutory consequences of inadequate information remain applicable. Professional purchases do not acquire consumer withdrawal rights solely on this basis.
13. Personal data
See this website’s privacy policy. The application privacy policy explains account and service data processing. The annex at the end of these terms applies where customers process other people’s personal data for their activities.
14. Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to hello@olsum.es or the provider’s address, identifying the issue and transaction. They will be handled as soon as possible and, for consumers, within the statutory maximum of one month. You may contact consumer authorities and competent courts. Spanish law applies subject to mandatory rules and applicable consumer rights in other countries. Consumers are not required to waive their statutory jurisdiction.
Annex: data processing agreement
This annex forms part of the terms when a business customer enters workers’, collaborators’, customers’ or other people’s personal data for its activity. The customer, identified through its account and information supplied, acts as controller; the provider identified above acts as processor. Anyone accepting for an organisation must have authority to represent it. Electronic acceptance includes this annex where applicable; a separate paper agreement is not required.
Scope, duration and data
Processing covers hosting, organisation, consultation, communication, collection and presentation of job information using checklists, photos, hours and reports, during service provision and as needed for return or deletion. Operations include recording, storage, consultation, disclosure to authorised recipients, export and erasure. Data subjects are the controller’s workers, collaborators, contacts and customers; data includes necessary names and contact details, tasks, instructions, responses, notes, photos, hours and dates. Special-category data, criminal data and unnecessary identity documents are not authorised.
Instructions and confidentiality
The customer determines purposes and legal basis, informs data subjects and ensures data and recipients are appropriate. Requested functionality and written instructions sent to hello@olsum.es constitute documented instructions. OLSUM processes these data only to provide the service under those instructions, including transfers, unless legally required otherwise; it will inform the customer unless legally prohibited. It will inform the customer if an instruction appears to infringe data protection law. Job data will not be sold or used for OLSUM advertising. Authorised people accessing data must be subject to confidentiality, continuing after termination.
Security and assistance
OLSUM will apply risk-proportionate GDPR Article 32 measures, including authentication, owner and permission restrictions, private photo storage and temporary access, encrypted communications and incident handling. Customers must protect credentials and links and minimise data supplied. Absolute absence of incidents is not guaranteed. OLSUM will notify the customer without undue delay of personal data breaches it becomes aware of, providing available information and reasonable cooperation. It will assist with data subject rights, security, notifications, impact assessments and prior consultations, taking account of processing and available information. It will not respond on the controller’s behalf concerning entrusted data without instructions unless legally required.
Subprocessors and transfers
The customer generally authorises necessary subprocessors: currently Lovable Cloud for hosting, authentication, database and storage, and DonDominio and Resend for support or communications where customer data must be processed on its behalf. Lovable’s underlying infrastructure is identified in its subprocessor list; authorisation is limited to services actually used by OLSUM. Stripe handles account billing in its own applicable role and does not thereby receive job contents.
OLSUM will require equivalent applicable data protection obligations from subprocessors and remains responsible to the customer for its relevant subprocessor obligations. It will notify planned additions or replacements reasonably in advance, normally at least 15 days, allowing objections on justified data protection grounds. If no alternative is available, the affected service may be terminated under applicable law, with data return or deletion. Transfers outside the EEA will rely on valid applicable mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses where necessary. No uncontracted hosting region is guaranteed. Information and copies of safeguards may be requested from hello@olsum.es.
Termination, return and oversight
On termination, the customer may choose return in a usable format or deletion by contacting hello@olsum.es. OLSUM will carry out that choice and delete remaining copies unless legally required to retain them; backups and logs that cannot be immediately erased remain protected, without incompatible new uses, until deletion in applicable cycles. The provider’s own tax and contractual records follow legal obligations and the privacy policy. Technical restrictions on automatic account deletion do not prevent exercising these rights by email.
OLSUM will provide information needed to demonstrate processor obligations and allow and contribute to audits and inspections by the controller or an authorised auditor, with reasonable coordination to protect security and other customers’ data. Coordination does not remove GDPR Article 28 rights or regulatory powers. This annex prevails over incompatible terms concerning entrusted data.
